Tyranny of Dragons, Monster Menagerie series 1-3, Storm King's Thunder, Fangs & Talons, and Elemental Evil each have a couple of minis you'd need if you do just mass-buy boosters, be prepared to improvise either for minis you don't have (maybe use a Hill Giant mini to represent Blagothkus the Cloud Giant, for example), or improvise for minis you do have (your Party fights 6 Orcs instead of 6 Bearded Devils since you have no Bearded Devils). As mentioned, many of the figures in that set are of creatures your party shouldn't come across let alone fight during the adventure - Elves, Oni, Mind Flayer, Giants, Solars, and Drizzt Do'Urden. Let me preface by saying you should not just get the Tyranny of Dragons booster packs nor a completed set.
